Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers.
If you need to return an item purchased online from shop.hydraquip.com, you may (a) ship it back to us or (b) drop off the product to any of our locations during regular business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday if:
- The material is returned within 30 days from date of invoice;
- The material is in resalable condition (unused, in original packaging, etc.);
- A copy of the invoice is furnished;
- The material is not a Special Order item;
- A minimum 10% restocking fee applies on all returns.

SHIP IT
Don't see a location near you? No problem. Simply return your item back to us pre-paid by mail.

Return Shipping:
- Please call 281-822-5048 for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning any material. The returned material must be accompanied by the RMA Number.
- Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
- Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
